It is with the greatest pleasure that I can let you know that Prof. Tony Davis is one of the 2025 Royal Medal recipients from the Royal Society.
The Royal Medals are amongst the leading awards in UK science, with only three made per year, awarded for “the most important contributions in the physical, biological and applied sciences”. They were inaugurated in 1825 (making you the 200th anniversary awardee Tony!) with an absolutely outstanding laureate list that reads as a “Who’s Who” of UK academic scientific excellence. Tony adds some real shine to that already glowing list!
